| File Set-Up Procedures |
| For Vinyl, Router or Laser Cutting

- All text should be converted or created as outlines (i.e. vector based).
- All logos must be designed in an outline/vector format.
- Please make sure that there are NO overlapping lines and convert all strokes to outlines (No layers).
- No image files such as bitmap, tiff or jpeg.
- No gradient colors.
- All files must be designed at their finished sizes.
- Please provide your file in an EPS (Encapsulated Post Script), AI (Adobe Illustrator) or PDF format.
- Also include a low resolution JPEG for viewing.

| For Full Color or 4 Color Process Digital Signs
|
- All text should be converted or created as outlines (i.e. vector based).
- All image files must be saved as a flattened image (no layers).
- For image files, we recommend at least 150 dpi at 1/2 or 50% size of actual.
- Higher resolution files will result in better quality print, however, please do not exceed 300MB in file size.
- We recommend using Win Zip or Win Rar to compress the file, so that it can be uploaded faster.
- Any logo or cliparts copied from the web is normally for viewing only. It will not be suitable for printing.
- Please provide your file in an EPS (Encapsulated Post Script), AI (Adobe Illustrator) or PDF format.
- We can accept the following file formats for digital printing...

- Please be advised that our large format digital prints are produced using 4-color process and any spot colors or PMS colors may look substantially different and metallic colors such as gold, silver or chrome are not available.
Color matching is available for a fee. Please be advised that there are certain colors that cannot be produced from a 4-color process printer.
